We are an Indian Start up. We want to accept USD international payments for our software product? We wanted to make it smooth process. Most of payment providers do not provide international payment services for India software product. Then how can we? Please advise.

If you are a startup, supported by some large investor that can assume the risk and financial liability for your operations, then you might have an opportunity to accept international USD payments. In this case you will have to register a legal entity (acquire a tax ID) in the US or Canada. Foreign companies are allowed to do US registration. It should not be very complicated. We have dealt with multiple Indian companies that do have US registration and tax ID in such states as Delaware or Wyoming.
If it is problematic to get a US tax ID, it might be better for you to start with such services as PayPal. It might not be as smooth and cheap as you might have expected, but this is the present situation.
